The COVID-19 Testing Group is a community resource for sharing COVID-19 prevalence, seroprevalence, and burden studies, as well as planning tools and data. This website is maintained by the Larremore Lab at the University of Colorado, Boulder and the Grad Lab at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

This calculator is one of multiple resources available through the COVID-19 Testing Group. It accompanies the preprint "Jointly modeling prevalence, sensitivity and specificity for optimal sample allocation". This work is not yet peer reviewed.
Given test results in a population sample, and the test's lab validation data, what is the posterior distribution of prevalence in the population, test sensitivity, and test specificity?
